Pretty lights

Ik heb lantaarntjes in allerlei soorten en maten.
En nu de zomer tot zijn einde komt,

 kan ik ze weer wat vaker aandoen.

Mijn man vind dat ik er nu wel genoeg heb,

maar dan zie ik er weer een waar ik verliefd op word.

En dan zwicht ik toch weer.

Niets is zo sfeervol als een schemerige tuin

of woonkamer met verlichte lantaarntjes erin.

Voorlopig blijf ik ze lekker verzamelen!


I've got lanterns in all shapes and sizes
And now the end of the summer is approaching,
I can use them more often.
My husband thinks I have quit enough of them,
but then I see yet another one that makes me fall in love.
And I cave in.
Nothing is as attractive as a garden or living room with lit lanterns in it.
For now I'll keep on collecting them!
